Processing Time

All candles and bouquets are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout.

Your order is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All items are gift-ready.

Free standard shipping on orders over $80. A flat rate applies to orders below this amount — calculated at checkout.

Because each piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

Custom and wedding orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
